Zad Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the Mushaf Zad mobile application (the “App”) as a free app for users, which is a utility/lifestyle app about the religion of Islam. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  1. USE OF SERVICE
    1. User may not under any circumstances: (i) copy, sell, distribute, transmit, publicly display, rent, lease, export, publish or otherwise reproduce the App or any part thereof in any form by any means; and/or (ii) adapt, modify, decompile, disassemble and/or reverse engineer the App or any part thereof.
    2. Mushaf Zad reserves the right (but shall not be obliged) to introduce new sections on the app, programs, services, functions, and/or features (collectively, “New Services”) to the App and/or Service. The term “Service” shall include New Services which are provided at no charge or fee unless otherwise indicated.
    3. All New Services shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions and may be subject to Additional Terms which User shall be required to agree to before access to and use of such New Services are provided. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail in so far as the inconsistency relates to the service, product, and/or program in question unless otherwise provided.
  1. DATA COLLECTION
    1. Personal Information Collection
      While Mushaf Zad does not collect any personal information directly from users, we use third-party services that may collect information for various purposes.
    2. Third-Party Service
      Some parts of the App and Service implementation:
      – Facebook Marketing SDK
      – Firebase Crashlytics
      By accessing and using such parts of the App and/or Service, the user also agrees to be bound by Google and Facebook’s Terms of Service and Google, Facebook Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time.

      We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
      As Mushaf Zad, we publish this Privacy Statement to inform Users what information we collect and how we use it to personalize and continually improve User experience. This Privacy Statement applies to Muhaf Zad and its services which do not collect data from User and does not apply to the product or service that does not link to this statement or has its privacy statement respectively.
  1. DISCLAIMERS
    Data and information provided through the App and/or Service may be from various sources, including third-party content providers. Such data and/or information are provided for informational purposes only. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure high standards and quality for the data and information provided through the App and/or Service, Mushaf Zad makes no representations as to the accuracy, timeliness, adequacy, or commercial value of all such data and/or information. Mushaf Zad and any of their content providers shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or delays in the data and information furnished through the App and/or Service, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.
    Retention of collected data subjects to the Third Party company’s limits, which are listed in 2.2. Of Mushaf Zad.
    Mushaf Zad does not save personal data which is listed in 2.1.
    • Intellectual Property
      All copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in the content, including but not limited to text, software, code, scripts, webpages, sound, photographs, video, graphics, graphical User interface, forms, diagrams, or other material contained in the App or Service (“Content”) belong to Zad Group or its licensors unless otherwise indicated.
    • General
      Mushaf Zad shall not be liable for any non-performance, error, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations or in the App’s or the Service’s operation, or for any inaccuracy, unreliability, or unsuitability of the contents made available through the App or Service if due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to an event or failure which is beyond the reasonable control of Mushaf Zad (including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war, acts of any government or authority, power failures, acts or defaults of any telecommunications network operator or carriers or the acts of a party for whom Mushaf Zad is not responsible for).
      User agrees and acknowledges that these Terms & Conditions and the Service do not include the provision of Internet access or other telecommunication services by Muslim Assistant. Any Internet access or telecommunications services (such as mobile data connectivity) required by User to access and use the Service shall be User’s sole responsibility and shall be separately obtained by User, at own cost, from the appropriate telecommunications or internet access service provider.

Any breach of the requirements or restrictions in these Terms & Conditions shall result in immediate and automatic termination of all rights and licenses granted under the terms of this agreement. It will be the User’s responsibility to follow the Terms & Conditions updates which may be published from time to time.
